The Motability Scheme helps disabled people get mobile by exchanging their mobility allowance to lease a car. To be eligible for the Motability Scheme, you need to receive one of the following Motability allowances and you must have at least 12 months' award length remaining: HRMC DLA Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance

• ERMC PIP: Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment

• WPMS: War Pensioners' Mobility Supplement

• AFIP: Armed Forces Independence Payment
