Last Christmas, the Audi presence at Gunwharf inspired new customers, Pam and Paul, to treat themselves with a brand-new Audi. With the help from our friendly and experienced team, our lovely new customers were able to find their dream car, just in time for Christmas. Here’s how their experience went: “My husband Paul was buying a new pair of Musto shoes at Gunwharf, and saw the Audi display there, and because he had a day off, thought he'd pop over to the new showroom (we didn't know there was a new one). We've been considering an Audi for a while, so were delighted you had a few in stock to look at.  As soon as we arrived at the showroom, Hannah was welcoming, sensible, down-to-earth and professional. Hannah was direct, straight to the facts and always included me in every discussion rather than just talking to my husband.  She also listened to what we said and came back to our needs in the discussions.

Rebecca helped with our negotiations, and even in our informal chats both Rebecca and Hannah were very knowledgeable about the cars, their features and the new showroom, which was interesting in itself. Now that we've bought the car we are SUPER excited to collect it on Saturday. We've received the video of the car from Hannah which was perfect timing to consolidate the purchase and remind us how great it looks and its features. Honestly, it's been a brilliant experience and we are happy to have a new, unique, high-performance car that we both chose. We are also pleased that we can have a service plan with you, which I am sure will be just as good.
