Buying a car should be an exciting time, but it can often feel stressful especially with so many options out there and difficult choices to make. To make the car buying process easier, Auto Trader created the Auto Trader Retailer Awards, designed to recognise some of the best retailers in the business and put them in the spotlight for their achievements.
We’re excited to share that Harwoods Land Rover Pulborough was nominated for a Customer Experience Award, an award for offering the UK’s best customer experience, from the first phone call right through to the final visit.
With over 13,000 retailers to choose from, finding the best of the best was not an easy task. To determine who sits above the rest, a comprehensive mystery shopping programme was conducted by Auto Trader. Over 1,000 retailers from across the UK were judged on their customer service experience, from beginning to end. To decide the winners, an independent judging panel of experts from some of the world's biggest brands came together to look at the results, and thousands of car buyers across the country gave their opinions in order to make the final decisions.
On 12th October the winners were revealed. Harwoods Group attended the awards where 16 trophies were awarded across seven categories celebrating the key elements of modern retailing, ranging from the best customer experience to sustainability. We’re thrilled to announce that Harwoods Land Rover won the Customer Experience Award for best retailer with over 100 cars in stock!
