You can rely on Land Rover's roadside assistance, whatever the situation, wherever you happen to be in the UK and Continental Europe. If you and your Land Rover are ever stuck, Land Rover Assistance will send an expert technician out to find you. If the problem can’t be fixed there and then, your vehicle will be taken to our nearest Approved Service Centre, or one nearest your home.

If your Land Rover can’t be fixed within four hours, Land Rover will arrange and pay for you to get to your destination. Or if you’d rather wait until your Land Rover is back on the road, a hotel will be covered for you, for up to four days. If your Land Rover has been taken to an Approved Service Centre more than 50 miles from your home address, there won’t be any problem getting it back, it will be safely delivered to your UK address.

Sometimes accidents happen, but you're in safe hands with Land Rover's Accident Assistance. It’s a complimentary accident support service provided to Land Rover owners by Land Rover, to look after you every step of the way.

So, if the worst should happen simply call Land Rover first on 0330 100 0469 before your insurer, and the rest will be taken care of. Your car will be taken to our Approved Land Rover Repair Facilities, using only genuine manufacturer parts, something other facilities and insurers can't guarantee, so you can get back on the road safely.

Terms and conditions: The Land Rover Accident Assistance service is available in the UK when you call Land Rover first on 0330 100 0469 following an accident, before your insurer, providing that we handle your claim on your behalf with your insurer and manage your repair through a Land Rover Approved Repairer. The service is not available for Motability vehicles or misfuelling claims. For standalone glass claims, we can refer you to our glass provider, but this will be subject to the terms and conditions of your own insurance policy. Accident recovery is provided for unroadworthy vehicles only. If you cancel the recovery of your vehicle, any cancellation charges incurred will be at your cost. If your insurer rejects your claim, any recovery costs incurred will be at your cost. A replacement car is provided subject to availability for accident repairs (excluding standalone glass repairs/replacements) carried out by a Land Rover Approved Repairer. We will provide a repairer courtesy car if the incident is your fault, or if the incident is not your fault, we will aim to provide a hire car of a similar size to your own vehicle. In some instances where your insurer may not let us report the claim to them on your behalf, we will ask you to report to them advising that you are using our Land Rover Accident Assistance service with a Land Rover Approved Repairer. Some insurers may charge an additional excess for using our repairers. Following an accident, we can arrange for you and your passengers to be taken home or to an address of your choice (including a railway station or such like for onward travel) where such home or address is within a 20 mile radius of the incident site.
