Refurbishment Milestones Achieved
Our teams have been hard at work, and we’re delighted to share the most recent developments on-site:
Demolition of the existing structures is now fully complete.
All floor tiles have been successfully removed, clearing the way for the next phase.
Workshop foundations and blockwork have been laid, forming the backbone of the new layout.
Existing cladding and flashings have been removed in preparation for modern replacements.
Installation of the new linear workshop steel framework is now underway.
Mechanical First Fix has commenced within the workshop.
Electrical First Fix is also in progress, supporting improved infrastructure.
Workshop Equipment First Fix is underway, setting the stage for a high-performance environment.
Fire rating of the existing mezzanine has begun, ensuring enhanced safety standards.
Partitioning and wall linings are now being installed, shaping the new internal layout.
